Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days from the date your order leaves our warehouse. Please ensure all labels remain attached and the item has not been worn (other than trying it on, of course!)

Please complete refund request by using this link with your order number before returning your goods. Goods are returned to Honey & Stitch at your own cost.

REFUNDS

We're pleased to offer a refund within 30 days of receipt of your item/s, in accordance with our Returns Policy:
• The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• The product must still have all original tags securely attached and untampered with.
• The product should be in a condition that makes it resalable.

If you meet these requirements and our team agrees upon inspection of the item, we will happily refund you via your original payment method (please note, outbound shipping is not refunded). Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your parcel at our fulfilment centre.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credits.
Credit Card refunds will be made to the same card used for purchase.
If a Gift Card was used as part of the original payment, a new Gift Card will be issued.

EXCHANGES

We're pleased to offer an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your item/s. Here's how it works:
• We offer free shipping on the exchange item.
• However, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to send the original item back to us.
• The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
• Exchange is only allowed for items within the same product category.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and would be disappointed if you received a faulty item. In such cases, we're more than happy to exchange the item, if available in stock, or offer a full refund. We maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure our products are of the highest standard.

If you find a product is faulty within 30 days of purchase, please contact hello@honeyandstitch.com.au with a picture and your order number for further instruction.

BUNDLED ITEMS

If you purchased items as part of a bundle, please note the following return and exchange guidelines:

1. Exchanges: Exchanges are available for individual items within a bundle, subject to stock availability. The original bundle discount will still apply to the exchanged item.

2. Full Bundle Returns: To receive a full refund, the entire bundle must be returned. All items must be in their original, unused condition.

3. Partial Returns: If you return only part of a bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the discount tier applicable to the items you choose to keep. If the remaining items no longer qualify for a bundle discount, they will revert to their full original price.

EXAMPLE OF PARTIAL REFUND

Our current bundle discounts are:

• 2 items: 10% off the total price
• 3+ items: 15% off the total price

Note: Refunds are calculated by subtracting the current value of the items you are keeping from the total price you originally paid.

Example 1: Returning 1 item from a 2-item bundle (10% off)

• Original Purchase: You bought 2 items ($100 each). Total was $200. After the 10% discount, you paid $180.
• The Return: You return 1 item.
• The Adjustment: Since you are now only keeping 1 item, you no longer qualify for a bundle discount. The item you keep is now its full price ($100).
• Your Refund: $180 (paid) - $100 (kept item) = $80 refund.

Example 2: Returning 1 item from a 3-item bundle (15% off)

• Original Purchase: You bought 3 items ($100 each). Total was $300. After the 15% discount, you paid $255.
• The Return: You return 1 item.
• The Adjustment: You are now keeping 2 items. The discount tier for 2 items is 10%. The new value of your 2 items is $180 ($200 minus 10%).
• Your Refund: $255 (paid) - $180 (new bundle price) = $75 refund.
