*Delivery times listed are estimates and do not account for the time needed to pack your order. We typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm AEST Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Confirmation & Tracking
Upon placing an order online, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before checking your delivery status. While we strive to ensure your order arrives promptly, Honey & Stitch cannot be held accountable for conditions outside our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions with the delivery service.
VAT, Duties & Import Taxes
Please note that VAT, duties or import taxes may apply to certain international orders depending on your country’s customs regulations. These charges are not set or controlled by Honey & Stitch and are determined by your local government. The final amount, if applicable, will be calculated automatically at checkout.
